COVID-19

All organizational leaders are deeply concerned about the disruption that COVID-19 is causing to their operations. Our clients are telling us they are currently facing three sets of critical issues.

  • In the immediate, they are trying to improve the way their business is working remotely and they are primarily focused on managing cash and human resources to minimize operational disruptions

  • In the mid-term, over the next 12 to 18 months, they are expecting to cycle through multiple re-openings followed by renewed lockdowns and they see an urgent need to plan how to manage this period of prolonged volatility. This underlying uncertainty renders robust planning and effective execution very difficult indeed.

  • Further ahead, over the long term, they realize that they need to revise their overall business strategies as the markets will be radically changed once we all finally emerge on the other side of the pandemic.
