Over the past decade, we have witnessed clients increasingly confronting the challenges presented by VUCA (Volatility Uncertainty Complexity and Ambiguity) conditions. The pressure brought on by this trend has been ever augmenting, driven by the emergence of the digital age, often labelled the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0 for short). In response, we have been steadily working with our clients to develop and continuously update a portfolio of learning opportunities for their talent pools and senior managers. The overall objective of these programs is to embed capabilities within our client’s organization to improve internal organizational agility so they can seize opportunities and resolve challenges quickly despite high levels of uncertainty and ambiguity.
We constantly update the contents of these programs, adding the latest knowledge and know-how gathered from the best practices from around the world. The scale and scope of our offer has grown over time to include all critical elements required by businesses to be successful in the emerging digital age. These elements fit under an umbrella termed the Acceleration Framework which consists of three interconnected dimensions, namely Agile Leadership, Lean Innovation and Digital Driven, as shown in the figure below

The Acceleration Framework in Action
The Acceleration Framework is purpose built to be flexible to accommodate the needs of each of our clients. Each element within the framework can be deployed as a standalone learning and development opportunity. However, the contents of modules are also designed to link to one another thereby forming a comprehensive whole when put together.
Every module within The Acceleration Framework fulfills the 10/20/70 criteria for professional development where 10% refers to in-classroom delivery, 20% represents the amount of time spent practicing the learning back at work and 70% corresponds to the time allocated to integrating the learning in one’s the job. Our Learning Management App (LMA) tracks and measures each step of the 10/20/70 learning process. As part of the customization of every module, we work with our clients to identify appropriate internal projects that would apply the learning back at work. These projects are then completed by teams consisting of module participants. These month long projects fulfill the 20% practical application of the professional development model as well as provide the client with solutions to business challenges.
Program Certification Option
We have developed and executed a number of extended learning and development programs for our clients’ talent pools and/or senior managers as part of their efforts to build a robust succession planning pipeline. These programs usually encompass 6 to 9 modules which take between 12 and 18 months to complete. Given the amount of effort and time participants dedicate to these customized programs, we have partnered with a UK based institution, Ofqual, to certify our programs as Level 5 to 7. This qualification, which we offer as an option, allows our programs’ graduates to top-up their certificate with an accelerated Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree offered by a number of UK based Universities.
Agile Leadership
Analytical Thinking Upgrading: Using the System 1 & 2 Thinking model as a basis, this module provides effective practical applications to improving one’s reasoning and intuition capabilities. This learning lays a strong foundation at all three of the core dimensions.
Self-Leadership Improvement: Leveraging the latest understanding regarding Self-Image, Motivation, Mindset, Attitude and Interpersonal skills, this module focuses on improving one’s own capabilities by understanding and overcoming possible barriers to growth and self-fulfillment.
High Performance Team Activation: Deploying validated principles of highly effective teams, this module works with actual teams to address and resolve sources of conflict and disruptions in order to optimize the team’s outcomes. The teams then go on to practice the effective tools and techniques on a real project back at work.
Change Leadership: This module focuses on the core issues many leaders are facing in migrating their organization to the digital age by providing effective tools and techniques on “how to lead when you don’t know the answers”. This module provides you with the tools and techniques to lead with confidence under VUCA conditions.

Employee Engagement: As multiple generations of employees now work within organizations, this module explores the factors that lie at the heart of intrinsic motivation and how to leverage them at both the individual and the generational levels to create a truly loyal and committed workforce.
Effective Coaching: This module deepens the lessons learned from Change Leadership and Employee Engagement modules and focuses on applying effective coaching techniques to optimize outcomes. Specifically, the areas of effective conflict management and negotiations are covered in detail.
Lean Innovation
Design Thinking Application: This module details the Design Thinking playbook and provides the tools and techniques to effectively execute the playbook within your organization. The in-class session is then followed-up with team based projects that employ the playbook on a specific customer based product or service development within your company.
Project Sprints Activation: This module leverages the principles of Agile and applies them to team based projects within your
company. The resulting Project Sprints are then put to practical use in team based projects within
your company.
Lean Start-up Execution: This module covers the concepts, tools and techniques developed Eric Ries, the founder of the Lean Start-up and the Lean Way methodologies. Practical uses of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) followed by the Pivot / Persevere decisions are then implemented through team based projects within your company
Javelin Boards Implementation: This module further deepens the Lean Start-up concept with the highly practical and effective execution of the Javelin Board tool and methodology. The in-classroom session is then followed-up by the implementation of the Javelin Board approach within your company.
Digital Driven
Business Model Generation: This module uses the 9 Building Blocks of the Business Model Canvas to better coordinate your core value proposition and to define areas where your company can take advantage of untapped opportunities. The in-classroom model is followed-up with team based projects to further develop and enact strategies resulting from the Business Model Canvas analysis.

Data Science & Analytics Evolution: This module offers an overview of the development in Big Data and Small Data and their applications in innovation, marketing and customer service. It also provides an overview of the limitations and mistakes inherent in the data analytical.
Digital Waves Exploration: This module analyses the 12 major waves of change associated with the advent of the digital age and their potential impacts on business. The program also explores the waves that best suit your company and how to ride them. The in-class session is then followed-up with team based projects that further develop and activate one of more digital waves in the company.
Platform Strategy Development: This module details the emerging platform strategy model and how this model differs from the traditional pipeline business model. The program then explores the platforms that make most sense for your company to participate in and the different roles you can play in the selected platform. The in-class session is then followed-up with team based projects that further detail your company’s platform strategy.
Network Enactment: This module is an extension of the platform strategy module and further explores the tools and techniques to form effective networks with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. Here again, the in-class session is followed-up with team based projects to broaden and deepen your company’s network.
