1. Detailing Your Specific Needs & Expectations
Mandate Brief: Upon receiving your mandate, we conduct an initial meeting to better understand your needs and expectation and to obtain a thorough appreciation of your culture, vision and organizational objectives. This allows us to develop a detailed scoping of your potential candidates desired characteristics, competencies and capabilities. We then generate a briefing document and once you have reviewed and agreed to it, we strictly adhere to its guidelines when canvassing and targeting potential talents.
Routine Updates: Throughout this initial process, we stay close, keeping you informed of all developments related to the on-going search. We also solicit your feedback to ensure that our search stays on track.
Phase 2 : Thorough Candidate Search and Evaluation
Research and Sourcing: In identifying your potential candidates, we leave “no stone unturned”. In particular, we have built an extensive, curated database of candidates as well as strong international networking of connected professionals for references and referrals. Our search team also utilizes a comprehensive set of market intelligence to identify potential candidates from the relevant targeted industries. This approach ensures a complete coverage of all available sources for potential candidates.
Candidate Recommendation: Once we have determined the suitability of all potential candidates, we generate a shortlist and present you with confidential report for each pre-selected candidate. These individual reports consist of their personal and professional history, including career summary, track records, remuneration package as well as their suitability for your targeted job.
Interview and Evaluation: Once a potential candidate is identified, we conduct a wide-ranging, in-depth interview as the first step in the thorough screening process. This initial, in–person contact allows us to ascertain skill sets, adaptability, attitude, character and demeanor of each candidate as well as their personal suitability for your organization.
Client's Interview and Evaluation: Based on your evaluation and vetting of the confidential reports, we arrange interviews between each finalist and your list of selected interviewers. We then facilitate your internal discussions and evaluation of the finalists to arrive at the desired candidate.
Final References: Upon request, our consultants run reference checks of specific candidates to clarify uncertainties should any arise during the evaluation process.
Phase 3 : Securing Your Selected Candidate's Acceptance
Candidate Appointment: We assist you in structuring the final offer and in negotiating the terms of employment with your selected candidate. We maintain close rapport with the selected candidate and will counsel him/her as to the benefits of the appointment.
Post-appointment Follow-Up: Once the candidate is on board, we will maintain contact with you to ensure his/her smooth transition and successful integration into your organization. We stand ready to step-in and resolve any issues that may arise and provide counsel to the relevant parties where appropriate.
